Ran 4 miles on the treadmill. Does wrestling a 3 year old into a fresh pull-up and clothes count as exercise? That's a workout on it own sometimes!0

Trainer had me do sets 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and then back up to fifty - 10, 20, 30, 40, 50.
(Forget the "real" name on some of these )
50 squats, 40 back extensions, 30 back pull-ups, 20 dumbbell presses, 10 chest presses and 10 mountain climbers (with my legs suspended in straps - Good grief - I'm glad there weren't a lot of people around!). Dang. I just realized that was two sets of 10 he threw in there! Then 10 ab crunches with overhead presses with a weighted bar, 20 bicep curls, 30 squat jumps, 40 kettlebell swings and 50 weighted ball moves (He throws progressively heavier balls to me and I have to throw them back.)0 -
Just completed 35 minutes of intervals (jog / walk)0

Rest day so nothing. I used to like rest days, now I hate them. I put on my workout clothes anyways.0

This morning L2D6 (upper body), 32 mins, 167 cals. It should be more, but I didn't realize my HRM was reading 0 until close to the end.0 -
