Today I'm going to do W1D2 of the c25k (I'm really excited!!!), followed with about 30 minutes of walking. If the baby is asleep when we get home, I'll jump onto either the elliptical or the bike for 20 minutes (or more if the mood strikes). If he's awake, I'll just do a quick 10-15 minutes with the kettlebells while I put the kids yoga on TV to keep the little guys entertained.0

Today I have a 2 mile run (half marathon training) and a 10 minute walk. I might add another 30 minutes to the walk when I get home since my dog is loving life since I've started taking her for daily walks. I am going to start 30DS this weekend and I'm excited to see how that changes my bod.0

I do 20 mins of running on treadmill at 5 mph.
I do 4 sets of 25 on the ab , leg's, arm machines in my gym.
Then I cool down by biking at 19-24 mph for 20 mins.
I also plan to start p90x back tonight.0 -
