I was not hungry until 1:00pm yesterday. I didn't get to eat until about 1:30pm. I noticed I ate much less at that meal and stayed full until about 7pm. I ate just to eat to my minimum calories for the day of 1450. So I ended the night with well under my calories for the day.

After lurking (sp) on this thread for about 3 weeks, I have finally tried the coffee. I saw a picture of myself next to three 'normal sized" people and realized i was the size of all of them combined! I had no idea how large I was.

I am a big girl and I Zumba. I do the tapes with my mom who has bad knees and does what she can in a chair. Some time I cant keep up with the video but I keep moving. We recently bought Zumba Gold a low impact carbio and toning DVD set. This is a good burn and It's only about 35-40 minutes. Hope this helps.
