I was a very picky eater before and rarely cooked. I started cooking easy meals, modifying stuff to fit my tastes, and the more I did, the more I wanted to try. I absolutely LOVE veggies now. It's your marriage. Do it how you want. We did the courthouse thing, very few people came. We were already living together and had our son, so we just did what we wanted. You can get married there and mention to people what you're doing and tell them if they want, they can come.

I started yesterday! I finished today's already. I don't know if I'll do every single day, I like to run so I will be doing that as well. All we have is 4 pound dumbbells, it definitely hurt more today than it did yesterday!

My son is almost 6 and my husband works so much, so I'm alone a lot. It's so tempting to just eat, so I'm trying to eat better. Also throwing in exercise again since I have a little free time while he's in school.

I feel more lazy during that time, but I still try to go. The more I lose, the better I feel.

I see people read all the time at the gym. I can only do it if I'm on the bike. I wish I could read while on the other machines, I get motion sickness :(

Definitely clothes. I lost almost 70 pounds and was starting to get toned and I just... stopped. I still weight the same, but eat like crap and don't exercise. I threw out all my bigger clothes and I refuse to buy clothes in a bigger size.

I used to, nothing really changed. I just upped my protein per day and noticed SUCH a difference!

I'm 5'2" and 144 pounds right now. I started at 210 last year. I'd love to get to 120, I really would love to be lower than that, but we'll see. Toned, of course. :)

Wii Active 2! I know it's not an option, but I think it gives a way better workout than the wii fit games. I don't know anyone who has tried the zumba game

Beans and eggs are good protein foods. After working out, I drink a protein drink that has 25g.
