Thank you everyone :) I appreciate the advice. I will cut back a little on my fruit intake and make sure I'm getting enough of everything else. I do measure my food already so at least I know I'm doing something right haha THANKS AGAIN!

Thank you! I try to eat back only half of my exercise calories just incase I overestimated. my cheat meals aren't out of control either. this past week it was going out for hibachi where i had brown rice, chicken, veggies, and noodles. what if you went with a friend you felt comfortable with? or why not try working out at home with dvds? i kind of think the opposite of you... when there are tons of people at the gym i like it because i feel like i just blend in and nobody is watching me but when it's not crowded i stand out more

i use both.. when i want a quick cardio session i use the 30ds. when i want a good strength training *kitten* kicking, i use nmtz! they are both awesome.. just alternate :)

be responsible & just suck it up for the time being. find comfort in knowing that pretty soon you'll never have to step foot in that hellhole again! don't let the environment get the best of you.. just keep reminding yourself that you're just using them til something better comes along. good luck on your job search :)

yesss! i've always wanted a FLAT stomach but my body refuses. although my stomach is thin, i have muscular abs now & they stick out :( which is ok in a bathing suit cause you can see it's not fat... but when i wear shirts/dresses that are tight it just looks like a big tummy. sucks.

this is what Jillian Michaels posted on her facebook yesterday........ Smart Tip: Do NOT exercise on an empty stomach. The theory that you burn more fat with no available blood sugar is a myth. In fact, it can result in the loss of muscle tissue. So, make sure to get a healthy snack in you about 45 minutes before you train.
