Q about couch 2 5K

Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times but....

Is this something you do everyday or other day? I've had a look on a website and all it gives is a timetable of times & whether to run or walk! I want to give this a try starting monday, but I work most days starting a 5am so will need to put it somewhere in my schedule.

    You do it at least every other day. It's not recommended to do it in consecutive days. I'm on week 4 of c25k (woo!) and I do it MWF. but since you mentioned that might not work for you, you could do tuesday-thursday-saturday maybe? You can definitely add in other exercises the other days, like strength training and cardio. good luck with it! I've loved it so far and I can't wait to run an official 5k!

    DEfinitely good to do every other day...don't go consecutive, because you'll be in some pain!
