I've been wondering this myself. We are 2 completely different fitness levels and I'm not sure where she should start. My mom is interested in getting healthier but I don't want to challenge her too much because I don't want her to get frustrated. :-/

I think that's completely realistic! Not to be cliche, but you can do it! :happy: Don't focus on the weight that you aren't. Think about the weight you have already lost and be proud of yourself for it! Remind yourself that working out and eating healthy doesn't just help you lose weight, but it also makes you feel better…

Yogurt is one of my favorite foods and you can get light, low fat, etc. Yoplait has a ton of different flavors. Frozen fruit is delicious. I've started eating a tablespoon of peanut butter on a piece of bread and I have no idea why but that actually helps curb my sweets cravings.

I hate working out at the gym. You need to find something you enjoy. I just started belly dancing and i've always enjoyed yoga because it is relaxing. I'm going to try the nebulizer thing. I have a nebulizer but I didn't think of using it during a workout. I just saw on another thread that drinking water can really help with an asthma attack as well.
