I've been a vegetarian for a little over a year now. And to be honest, protein isn't to hard to find. Greek yogurt is a good choice, it has a lot of protein, but also a lot of sugar if it is the fruit kind. Beans! Beans of all kinds, I love them all, except maybe lima beans. I make bean burritos, stews with beans, etc.…

I'm also a gamer myself! I'm more of a Nintendo person (mario, kirby) but I play all sorts of games. I own a Wii, 360 and a PS2. I also like playing games on the PC- recently just bought Skyrim.

I also have a polar F4 and love it. I've had it over 3 years now and never had to do anything or get anything replaced including the batteries. It has a chest strap that isn't to annoying and it is really durable, I even accidentally wore it in the shower once. I can't remember how much I paid for it but I'm know it was…

It really depends on what your goals are but to be more accurate in your calories burned while exercising I would say that a heart rate monitor is going to be better for that. Many of the machines either over estimate or underestimate. Same goes for entering exercises on MFP. I have a polar F4 and have had it for 3 years…

One time a friend, who apparently was very bad at both geography and history looked at me and said "Isn't Pearl Harbor in Japan?" This is both funny and sad at the same time

Amazing, keep up the good work!

You can buy them at grocery stores around here. I wouldn't use them as meal replacements, though clif bars are high in calories. I eat luna bars after a work out! They're delicious

I've been told by people I look like Hillary Swank..idk if it's true or not but either way she is a decent looking lady

That's great! Keep that kind of mindset and motivation and you'll be running it in no time! Good luck on your goals!

I count them depending on if they take over a large portion of my meal.. I am also a vegetarian so it would be weird to not count all the vegetables I eat. But, I agree that no one got fat on veggies. My dietitian said to eat as many as I wanted too!

Tofu is pretty plain by itself, but it absorbs flavor like a sponge. So marinate it in something, and cook it up.. add it to stir fry, look up recipes online for "Tofu Nuggets" which are suppose to be like chicken nuggets, but I'll warn you the texture is different!

I tried it, and I honesty didn't see any results. The reason I believe I didn't was because I was always hungry because the meals they have planned don't keep you full and I felt the plan didn't give you a lot of nutrients. You'll get sick of special k products twice a day for however long the plan is. I think there are…

Have you done body measurements? Alot of time people plateau at a weight but they're losing inches off their body without ever noticing, when muscle replaces fat you may even gain weight since muscle weighs more than fat, but you'll tone up. I went to a dietitian today who said that's what I should be focusing on

cereal!!! especially Life!

Hey hun! I feel ya, I've been stuck at 125-130 range forever now. I think partially because I start to do good, then get discouraged when I don't see results, binge, get mad at myself and start all over. Just know you aren't alone!

Sourdough croutons! So DELICIOUS

Yes! I missed it tonight due to midterm week. But last week made my crazy! This season has been so frustrating

I sautee it with a little olive oil and garlic and towards the end just add a little balsamic vinegar on it! It's delicious

3 musketeer mini's are only 25 calories a mini! They are small, but if you have some self control then you can eat about 2 of them and not go over on your calories!
-
I would definitely say that is an overestimation. I started using a heart rate monitor to track my calories because elliptical always seemed to be telling me I burned an excessive amount of calories, and I was right. They still do burn a lot of calories, I would say between 100-120 calories for everyone 10 minutes. Though…
