Well done on your loss so far :) ... Slow and steady weight loss is better for keeping it off. Hi, when I joined MFP nearly 3yrs ago I was 17.5st....I've gone off track several times...it happens!! I'm currently 12.5st.... This is a great site/tool & if you build up a supportive network of friends it really keep's you on track... Good Luck. Will send a friend request x

Hi... I love going for walks, either with my music for company or a friend! It's what has mainly got me down from 245lbs to 166lbs!! I now use a fitbit flex & I feel like kicking myself if I don't feel it vibrate at my daily goal lol ... Anyway, feel free to add me :)
