Time to Change always looking for new friends

If your looking to get healthy and lose weight that you need to get rid of please feel free to add me as a friend. My goal is to get down to 150 and currently I'm at 211 so I have a ways to go but I know I can do it. I usually try and go walk everyday weather premitting and I usually go for about 2 hours and anywhere from 3-7 miles a day.

I hope to hear from anyone who needs new friends.

    Hi... I love going for walks, either with my music for company or a friend! It's what has mainly got me down from 245lbs to 166lbs!! I now use a fitbit flex & I feel like kicking myself if I don't feel it vibrate at my daily goal lol ... Anyway, feel free to add me :)
