Hoping MFP will be the tool I need to lose 50lb and keep it off!

I just joined MFP yesterday. I am loving the food/exercise diary! I have lost 50lbs 3 times previously but I always find a way to allow it to creep back on so I am hoping the accountability with the diary will be the key to losing it and KEEPING IT OFF - which I clearly struggle with. I am looking forward to 'chatting' and using your support to send me down a healthy weight loss and maintenance path.
