Definitely can relate! I'm 28 weeks and up 17 lbs. I started over weight tho so my weight gain is very frustrating. I am exercising 3-5 times a week and I feel really good physically but mentally it gets to me when I weigh myself!! I had a goal in mind and I've gained more that what I hoped to already and I still have 12…

HAHAHAHA I've squatted a few of those too!!!!

I've squatted 300 lbs. 4 reps. I cannot do a pull up! I've never been able to and I've never really focused on trying to build myself up, to be able to. But that is a goal I have!! My lower body is definitely where most of my strength is.

Each person is different and what works for their bodies. Try eating them back for a couple of weeks. If you aren't seeing a loss, then try a couple weeks of eating back half your calories burned, and again if you don't see results then don't eat them back. It's really trial and error and figuring out what works for you…

Yes I did specify that when he said he didn't know what getting toned was. He said well, all I know is if you do CrossFit here you will be more athletic and have a lot of people to challenge you and cheer you on so if that's what you're looking for then this is the place for you....I chose for it to NOT be the place for…

I went to a CrossFit gym one time for an "evaluation test". I liked the workout. It was fun...BUT the particular one I went to, the people running it were not very knowledgeable. The owner didn't even know what "getting toned" was. There are a lot of shady CrossFit gyms. If you find a good one AND you can afford it then…

My favorite is a frozen banana, 6-8 oz water, tablespoon or two of cacao powder, and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter depending on the calorie range you are wanting to stay at. That's my favorite fast basic one. Sometimes I'll add chia seeds and/or flax seed, and spinach as well for added nutrition.

That's funny. My husband just had this for the first time at a country club and was telling me how good it was and that we need to try it!

For me, frozen blueberries takes away the sweet tooth. I love them. You can always try something else like making your own "ice cream" with frozen banana and adding what you like to it. Cocoa powder for chocolate ice cream, or peanut butter, or both :) Also a piece of toast with a little bit of real salted butter or an…

I don't count cleaning or anything else if it doesn't cause me to breathe heavy or sweat LOL but as someone else stated, I do count snow shoveling :)

Oh I'll have to check it out and see if it's the same company as The Firm workout that I have had for 11 years with the "fanny lifter" LOL. I enjoy The Firm but would be nice to have shorter workouts once in a while!

Sounds pretty doable. Will give it a shot :)

I wear Adidas...I want to try Asics next time but the Adidas are doing great for me personally.

I get up early in the A.M. with my husband. 5:30 ET in the winter and 4:00 ET in the spring/summer when his work hours change. This is when I get in my harder workout before our 5 children get up. I usually do an easier workout during the day with the children.

I'm a SLOW runner LOL. When I first started the C25K I would walk around 2.8 and run around 3.5-3.8 but worked my way to walking 3.0-3.5 and running 4.5-5.0....that was for the short runs. The long runs I usually stayed around 4.0-4.2 steady pace for running.

Also for your 1 year old you may want to look into a really nice baby carrier like an ErgoBaby or a Tula :) I have both one for my 7 month old and one for my 2 year old. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I can wear one of them or both of them and these carriers distribute the weight so no achy back!! They see the carrier and they both get…

I am currently nursing so DD here... I LOVE the elliptical. Much easier on the girls and burns more calories, however the short time that I DID run I had to wear two bras and that helped...three probably would've helped more. If you CAN get an elliptical GO FOR IT :)
