30 day Paleo challenge with pics.

Hi everyone! I recently just completed a 30 day Paleo challenge sponsored through my gym. I've only eaten strict Paleo for 30 days, which is no dairy, grains, legumes, peanuts, or processed food. I have also done Crossfit or Women's Bootcamp 3-4 times a week. I'm very happy with the results! I don't notice much difference in my stomach, but I do notice everywhere else. I had my daughter 10 months ago, and losing weight has been very hard since then. A lot of sweat and tears went into this 30 days, literally. ;)

Here are the results!

Current weight: 148
