I'm 2 years out and I don't feel hungry perse. Just this odd sense of emptiness, and then I get this tight feeling if I wait too long and know I need to eat. What gets me (STILL) is head hunger.

I second the syntrax line(s). They're my favorite. I find quest protein gets too foamy for a shake, but I bake with it.

Soda and I don't mix. One cup and I'm in pain. So I avoid it. Last time I had a diet dr. pepper was over a year ago. But it's not worth the physical hurt for it.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Arctic Zero ice cream. They have tons more flavors that my store doesn't stock. It makes me sad.

I start out real light in the morning. Lunch is a little heavier, then dinner is my biggest with a snack planned in between dinner and bed. I heard the 'eat breakfast like a queen' thing before, but I can't eat a lot in the morning. Just eating something for breakfast is a new thing for me.

This really does work. I was plateaued for a month at 1200-1400. I bumped mine up to 1756 and I busted the hell out of my plateau with a 5lb loss in 2 weeks.

300-400 for two of us. This includes all cleaning supplies, detergents, personal hygiene, etc, etc. I love fresh veggies and fruit, and we're meat eaters. Shoes! Lots and lots of shoes! That's the one thing that, for me, doesn't change no matter what my size. When I reach my first goal weight (-100 lb lost) I'm buying myself a nice Coach purse. I haven't set my ultimate goal reward yet. The one thing I will miss is my wardrobe. I'm a clothes horse. :(

Stay AWAY from the breadsticks. Last time I went I thought I did good until I saw the calorie count for the sticks. I had the shrimp primavara and it was pretty good calorie wise. They have a few lower calorish dishes that are quite tasty. I

I inadvertently did this over the weekend. I had two days way over my calorie goal (much closer to my CUT of 1999) and got on the scale today to a 2lb loss. I was like "What?" /crosses fingers.

Will do! We were looking at Celebrity but the cruise I wanted wasn't round-trip. So we'd leave from NY and wind up somewhere with no way home. I was sad. I'm really excited!
