I did the same I weighed 240 and got down to 198 which was 42 pounds lost. I work full time so my exercise schedule is as follows. 5:30 - 6:30 Monday evening, 6:30 - 7:30 Tuesday evening, 5:30 - 6:30 Wednesday evening, and 7:30 - 8:30 Thursday evening. I have seventy two pounds to lose. I have lost twenty six pounds since January 19. I would love to join. I am seventy two pounds overweight at this time and I cannot keep up with my bootcamp class. I will have to power walk the last running lap or I become winded and get behind but with time maybe both of us will be fit as a fiddle.

I am so proud of you. My personal trainer had a man that lost 100 pounds in six months. I know you put in a lot of hard work and restraint on food cravings. I have lost 26 pounds since January 19 so I am trying to catch up with you.

I started my weight loss journey on January 19 and by February 11 I had lost 19 pounds. From February 12 - February 28 I did not lose a pound. I was so frustrated but this week I have started losing again. You can do it.

I was at a stand still on my weight loss from February 11 - March 1. This week I have tried to drink three bottle waters prior to noon each day and I have lost weight this week. I am not a professional so I am just letting you know what helped move the scale for me.

I am addicted to Mexican food, fried green tomatoes, and queso dip. I have not had any of these food items in 31 days. I ate fajitas without the tortillas at a Mexican food restaurant which would not have been my food of choice. We can do this together. This is our year for change.

I just started on January 19 trying to lose 98 pounds. I have lost nineteen pounds as of this morning. Try to work in exercise even if you walk each day for thirty minutes until you can build up more time. I load all food items into Myfitnesspal even gum. Good luck on your journey.
