I like them, and I have them for breakfast and dinner every day at the moment. 200 to 300 cals per meal. The smart ones have some good breakfast options. My mom keeps telling me "your face is getting slimmer!" My 36" pants are too big I can see in the mirror my gut is smaller and flatter My belt is almost out of holes I passed on two boxes of fresh doughnuts at work from my fav bakery!!!!!! That was a huge moment for me.

My first week was 7 lbs, my second week was 1.8 lbs, so you will likely settle down to more realistic numbers after the initial shock to the system.
