In 2009 I lost 30 lbs. My goal in 2010 is to try to lose around 2 lbs a week until my goal weight of 150 or 130 (Haven't decided yet which one of the two). I want to lose at least another 30 by my golden birthday which is July 30th. Just think, 30 lbs by July 30th where I turn 30....OMG!! This is going to be a great year!

See and I like to go by "does my belly bulge out or not". If my belly is bulging over my pants then I can't do it! I hate that look. That's just not my preference. I bought some size 18 stretch jean leggin's that will absolutely not zip up. Then I have a size 18 non zip jean leggin that fits great. I didn't know what to…

LOL! Yeah you were one of the few I saw out there with the size 18 pant thing. I was like "what the hell"! Then I thought of my cousing and said the same thing. What was crazy is that I remember my cousin giving me one of her size 20 jeans and it fit me fine. I'm an 18 now but I kept thinking that it's going to take nearly…

I'm sorry for anyone out there with DD's but they are NOT fun! LOL! I used to be a DDD and after fighting with my doctors they agreed to cover a breast reduction surgery. They took 2 - 2.5 lbs off of each breast. I am now a size C cup and LOVING IT! My back is also definately loving it. It's amazing how 2 - 2.5 lbs can do…

Thanks everyone! I just had to let it out. LOL! I think I carry my weight pretty evenly around my body which is cool because as I lose the weight it falls out pretty evenly around my body. I'm just going to keep doing what I am doing and not giving the "pant size" much importance. If it looks good to me then I know I am on…

Hight makes most of the diference. I think the person you refered ttaller and a few inches is quite a bit to streatch weight over, not to mention everyone stores fat diferently, they may be the same size pants as you, but you may wear a smaller top, depending on weight distribution and body type. I'm with you girl! A minimum of 2 lbs a week is doable. I am going on vacation to Puerto Rico in a 10 days and I made a goal to be at 220 lbs by 11/22. I got 4.5 lbs left to go and I know I can do it. Hell I may even pass that! :drinker: Stay focused. You can do it! Good Luck to you. ~ Rachel - Madison WI

Eat the icescream and tell him to back off!!! After so much hard work we need to indulge every now and again. Don't over due it. 2 days of icescream might already be over doing it but having it everyone now and again...No biggie. I personally treat myself to something like that once a week! LOL! Probably why I'm not losing…

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? For the most part....Yes. Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes which was to lose at least .5 lb What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I made my goal of losing a half a pound What would I have done differently? Not ate 2 slices of bread with butter after I worked out.…

I've always been a hot person myself and it's funny you mentioned this because I noticed it myself the other night. I had a thin comfortable night gown and I had to take it off to wear some sweats because I was freezing! I even turned on the heat a little in my home.

That is awesome! I've been thinking about starting to run myself because my brothers ask me everyday if I want to join them. I used to run before I gained all the weight and I love it when I ran. Keep up the great work and staying motivated.

I got a breast reduction last year in April. At that time I weighed about 245 lbs and was a size 42DDD...Hell maybe even a DDDD! LOL! The doctor could not tell me @ what bra size I would end up at all they could tell me is how much fat they took out which was about 1.5-2.0 lbs EACH. They told me that it would be right…

Oh WOW Lioness, If you hadn't said anything I would of thought my friend was just using a really lame excuse. She did say that there are times where she has to lay all day in bed because of the pain she's in. I'll be more understanding now. In the mean time, I will continue to do my thing and when she is ready to jump back…
