Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Burned 620 calories on the Elliptical
What would I have done differently? Not eat all my exercise calories... not eat the brownie...drink more water...
What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, exercise and make better food choices. If I made better food choices I wouldn't be eating all my exercise calories... UGH!!! No junk/sweets today :explode:
