    :wink: Awsome ! Amazing!! ..so m any inspirational and motivational people here! Thank you for sharing ur before and afters..I will have to figure out how to do the same, I still a ways to go but u all will keep me moving on the right track. This is the motivation I needed this week. I fall off the wagon way too often...Please let me know what has worked for you. I love to see the different things that work and use them as a guideline...thanks!

    What I did to learn was to quote one with pix and then copy it.

    You have to either add lower case img tags, or change the upper case to lower case.
    The only way I know of is to upload my pic to photobucket, catch the img tag, then change the img to lower case.
    I hope this makes sense

    I have 50 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight .

    You guys are doing amazing things. OMG.......I am looking at you two young ladies and thinking about all you have accomplished........no high blood pressure, no strokes (my bff growing up in 1/2 paralysed due to mini stroke. she has always been obese:cry: ) you are thwarting off so many bad health issues AND your babies will reap the benefits of your healthier choices.

    Thank you to everyone for sharing. These pictures truly are amazing and make me want to be an "after". I know that I feel better when I am carrying less weight, both physically and mentally.

    WOW !!!!! AMAZING!!! I am SOOOOOO proud of you ALL! It is so mind blowing to see these before an now photo's! You will all have to get new I.D.'s cuz you do not even look the same! You look much happier, younger and most importantly HEALTHIER! Love it, Love it, Love it!!!! I tell all people that are struggling to lose and who can not afford weight loss organizations to please go to MFP and just do what YOU people are doing! It is so great to have YOU as an inspiration and I pray your life is blessed for taking care of your health!!!
