I used to be extremely tired everyday too. As a teenager, I would come home, eat, do homework, and sleep. This continued until about my late 30s and just mysteriously stopped. I never found out what was causing it. My oldest daughter has to have a lot of sleep too...Blood work never showed anything for either of us.

Great ideas!! I am motivated to do my workout in the morning now! I used to do mornings but got out of the habit. These posts have reminded me how good it feels to get the workout out of the way. I use DVDs (Leslie Sansone - walk away the pounds). Great idea to have the DVD paused and ready. Feeling motivated!!

Sugar free popsicles, 15 cals each. I usually have several each night. Also a regular size hershey bar, 210 cals, or a york peppermint patty, 140 cals I think, are good if they fit into your calorie budget. I cannot buy a large bag....just have to buy one at a time.

Sardines are great (but only the skinless boneless kind) low calorie and very high protein! I like Crown Prince skinless and boneless in olive oi. I add hot sauce on top.

I'm exactly the same way. A sugar addict to the core. Love carbs too. I have gotten off of sugar before and I felt better, I need to do it again. It's just so satisfying when you are eating it though!

Starting over again too....lost 70 pounds but gained about 20 back.....the only thing that really works is logging for me...I love MFP, just have to re-commit.

Reeses peanut butter cups (if they are fresh). It's funny but I can taste the salt in them and along with the sweetness they are crazy good!! Big, fat, juicy double cheese burgers..... love the Supersonic cheeseburger from Sonic........sooo dang yummy!!!

I log everything I'm going to eat in the morning and leave a small amount of calories to "play" with. Then at night, I can add in a few sugar free popsickles if I want them! I also cut my sandwiches into halves and put each half in a separate zip lock bags. I can't tell you how much this has helped me!!

I always go back to Leslie Sanson's Walk Away the Pounds videos. There are no tricky moves to learn and you can make the workout as easy or as hard as you want. One mile to five miles - you choose. I love these!!

My doctor advised me to eat 1000 calories or less so I am eating more than he says when I follow the MFP recommended amount. It's working for me!! I am 5' 8" by the way.
