I made overnight oatmeal for the first time today, I am on the evening shift at the moment so I made it this morning and had it at 5pm as my sort of lunch!
Is was really yummy, better than I thought it would be, this is certainly going to be a regular thing for me.
I am hoping that my tum will be OK with it as sometimes I end up running around a lot with some cereals!:blushing:

My current favorite: 1/2 c. oats, 1/3 c. light vanilla soymilk, 1 tsp. PB2, 1/4 c. blueberries OR banana slices. Stick it in the fridge overnight and love it in the morning! :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE oatmeal this way!

    Mine usually looks like this:
    1/3 cup old fashioned oats
    1/4 milk of your choice
3oz whatever flavor chobani you're feeling
    Cinnamon to taste

Extras: I like adding some fresh frozen blueberries or grapes in the morning before throwing it in the microwave to heat through for a mintue or so. So so good. Had mango chobani this morning and oh em gee ! Enjoy!

Mine are similar and I love them.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats (not the quick kind)
1/2 cup or more of some milk
1 tbsp chia (I like it better with the chia in it - good creamy texture)
    1 splash of vanilla
    tiny bit of Stevia
    Berries!!

Cover and leave in fridge overnight. In the morning, heat up.

    10.3g fat
    122g sodium

    11g fiber
    5.2g sugar
    9.6g protein

What if you use instant oats? I don't have any rolled or steel cut right now but a large thing of instant I want to use up. Any suggestions?
