  • I upped my calories to maintenance for about 1-2 weeks then back down to the 1420 that MFP set for me. Reset my metabolism that way and never gained from eating more either. Also, pushed for running when I was very comfortable with my fast walk routine. Loving the running now, crave it even more than food :)

  • Get back on your meds..... N-O-W!! This isn't something to mess around with soooooo many bodily functions are affected by your thyroid. Its a priority to take control of your health. Please, go see a doctor, maybe they can get you samples or something
