A-W-E-S-O-M-E list!!! PS - the "I don't freakin care" thing on your profile is great! SO using it! Congrats on the weight loss and the confidence boost!0

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! This is all so true! So many people ask me how I lost weight and when I tell them " I watch what I eat and exercise" their face falls, they want magic! Like you said, you must burn more calories than you eat.0

Great post! My struggle is that I've always been active, but also a constant snacker. I had no idea how many calories I was taking in and thought my walks etc, were enough. This site has shown me that I need to watch what I snack on and do more activities. You are right - having fun is the secrete to staying active. :happy:0

fantastic! sweet simple true and non judgemental or preachy about any way other than 'un'common sense! thanks!!!0

I wondered if it would be worth the time to write all that stuff down...This stuff can get so confusing if you get caught up in all the arguments about what exercise is "Best" or whether "low carb" or "low fat" is best. It can be simpler than that.
It was definitely worth reading! Thanks for the break down. It was refreshing0 -
Great post and congratulation on your wonderful achievements and for sharing :flowerforyou:0

First of all please allow me to add another congratulations to you on your weight loss. Second please let me throw in yet another THANK YOU for being logical and sharing what you have learned with all of us. I agree with the person who stated your post should be mandatory for all newbies to MFP. You probably have no idea how many people you inspired with this post!0

great post! I love this.
#1 is pretty depressing though... does this imply in a roundabout way that the "eat more to weigh less" thing that's so big around here won't really work for people that are obsese/morbidly obese? That is what I am suspecting. I know I don't get good results unless I eat like a bird so it wouldn't surprise me!0 -
almost forgot, congrats on your weight loss!!!0

Love it that's for sharing.0

Great post, learning to get right back on when I fell off has been the hardest part for me.
Great job on 51 lbs too, I really hope that I can get near that point in 200 days.0
