I log my running with Endomondo, and when I finish a work out, Endomondo automaticly sends it to MFP. Week 4, lesson 2 yet! Tonight part 3 of this week :D.

In dairy. I used to drink a liter full fat milk a day, so that are many calories. Now I don't drink or eat dairy anymore, because I have an intollerance. Oh, and yesterday I bought a cookie, triple chocolate and all, freakingly delicious: 484 calories! But hey, worth it :D.

It has nothing to do with my body, but I was so happy this morning when I heard that I passed my final Constitutional Law. I was over the mooooon!! :drinker: Well, I feel so much better now I don't have to stress out all the time!

Depends. If I only burn like 200 calories, and I know I have something special later that week (like a dinner or a party) I mostly don't eat them back (unless I'm hungry). Not really a weightloss dvd, but a good alternative: the blogilates-video's by Cassey Ho on YouTube. It are mostly 15-minutes video's, so you can do it if you have some spare time or you do more video's in one workout. It's really fun!

I pre-plan my meals too, but the reason to do is more so I know what to get at the supermarket than to puzzle the calories. And if I have some leftovers, I log it maybe one or two days earlier.

Over the day, I only drink water. But I actually never log the amount of water I drink. Every evening, I try to drink a half glass of beetle juice, because that is very good for the skin. I only weigh when I am at my parents. I don't have a scale yet. But maybe that's for the good too, because I don't trust myself near a scale and I'm afraid to weigh in more than is good for me.

As a student, yes I drink alcohol. But i'm not a binge drinker, or as my friends like to describe: 'she is a cheap girlfriend' :laugh:. Because I don't drink that much, I allow myself to drink when I want. But I stick to beer and vodka :heart:.

I always make up a meal plan, for just four of five days a week. As a student, i receive every an invitation to eat somewhere almost every week, so this way I always have food for the rest of the week.
