What do you listen to when you're working out?

What do you pump iron, or run to?

I usually listen to

Five Finger Death Punch
Disturbed
Avenged Sevenfold
Pantera
Killswitch Engage
StoneSour

Pretty much anything with riffs that get the blood pumping.

The songs that gets me hyped up at the gym are: the show goes on, turn on the lights, we are trayvon, black and yellow and sure thing.

It really depends on my mood. In the past week or so I've run to death metal, techno, worship music, and big band swing. I'll probably go for my static x pandora station today.

Bit of Pantera / Sepultura / Metallica / Motorhead if I'm lifting heavy.

Love me some David Guetta if I'm running.

Discovered that some speaking is tranquillizing me more than some upbeat song, and it's very interesting!

Recorded House / Trance DJ live sets, that keep going for 1 - 2 hrs without break :).

Typically stuff like Armin Van Buuren - A State of Trance, Tiesto - Club Life, DJ Observer (Austrian DJ) - Yearmix 2012, Swedish House Mafia etc.

Metal is too brutal for working out too me, although i sometimes like this stuff, and "lighter" rock stuff doesn't keep me going.

It's kinda cheesy, but Let's Go (by Calvin Harris ft. Ne-Yo) always gets me pumped, no matter if I'm running or doing aerobics or weights. Mostly a big mix of electro-pop keeps me going.

Oh, and I'm a big heavy metal fan, but for some reason I just cannot focus on my workouts if I'm listening to it. I go for the softer, cheesier music. :P

Ever get the feeling Flo Rida used to be Notorious B.I.G. sized?
He just flaunts his body a bit too much to have always been in that shape.

Lately all I've been hearing is Shaun T yelling PUSH PUSH!!! lol But when I have my earbuds in I listen to Bob Marley on Pandora. It makes me think of beaches and vacations and motivates me to work hard so I can get there.
