Brushing my teeth and taking a shower, that helps me 70%. Also drinking a lot, always be sure having a bottle of water on your nightstand (I do that every evening) so when you come home you can drink water straight ahead. And furthermore: fruits and a walk outside.

Vind MFP heel fijn. Gewoon duidelijk, grote database en anders makkelijk toevoegen. Enige nadeel is wel dat er geen moderators zijn op het gebied van eten toevoegen. Zoek maar eens op een willekeurig stuk fruit, dan zul je zien dat er tientallen varianten komen met uiteenlopende waarden. Niet echt praktisch.

Well, 17 kg is not that much, it's somewhat a kilo a week. But see a doctor. If you don't get your period it is maybe not the calorie-intake but the nutrition. Edit: and there are zillion other reasons for not having a period, but the fact that topic starter is losing weight, this is quite likely.

I'm always faaaaaaar over my sugar. I eat a lot of fruit, and also yoghurt has a lot of sugar apparently. I don't see it as bad. If you see the sugar in these kind of products as bad, then you can almost see every food as bad.
