  • Yes, I am also that guy and I agree with that. I clean thoroughly and take my own towels to clean the floor as well, but I am going to go hard and I am going to leave pools of sweat.

  • An hour and a half of Cardio tennis would be great, just need to find a good teacher. You can go through a workout and not even realize you are working out because it is so much fun.
  • Great question, I am only giving my opinion, no studies to back it up. But as you increase your capacity for work per minute(fitness level), your intensity will go up enough to allow for the amount that your heart rate will decrease. I think the amount of calories lost would be about the same because of that.

  • I took Saturday night off and all Sunday off my diet. I didn't do any exercise from 5 PM on till Monday morning, and I ate whatever I wanted, didn't calculate it or anything, just ate. I go to the scale on Monday and had gained 6 pounds. I am now recommitted to following the diet

  • It is a good point. Although this past month, using this sites system, I had a calorie deficit of 35,000 calories and I lost 10 pounds which is how much 35,000 calories would be.
  • The best advice that I have taken, I got from someone on this message board. When you are at a standstill, add 20% to your workout either through intensity or time.

  • Today I burnt 1100 calories on the exercise bike 80 minutes in 3 sets. I burnt 700 during 5.5 hours of tennis lessons I burnt 100 calories on 25 minutes of weight training. Altogether I burnt 1900 calories today. It was a great day, I am taking a break for the evening.

  • I eat 1800 calories and try to stay at 40 grams of fat, a little under on a good day. I am now eating 15 almonds a day with my afternoon snack that provides 9 grams of "good fat" I guess. I am still learning all of this stuff. I know I am doing so much better than a month and a half ago.
