Unreal
I took Saturday night off and all Sunday off my diet. I didn't do any exercise from 5 PM on till Monday morning, and I ate whatever I wanted, didn't calculate it or anything, just ate. I go to the scale on Monday and had gained 6 pounds. I am now recommitted to following the diet

Interesting question about the calorie deficit.
I tracked the last 21 days, from Jan. 1 to Jan 21. I had actually started before that but just did the tracking at that time. I was at 257 on 1/1 and dropped to 239 on 1/21.
