It seems to be harder for me to lose weight now that I am 30, and have no time to work out, but this site has really helped me to stay in check and make good choices and not fall…

Also water, chug the water, whenever you find yourself staring in the fridge. It is a total battle, but giving into your binge, can sometimes…

You sometimes just the high you get after you workout does the trick. I done the you have work out fat a** thing to myself too, but sometimes the more positive way is the best way. I just remember, when I am done everthing else just seems better, it is my stress reliever.

Everyone needs that support system, to be understood. No you can't do it on your own. I now I struggle everyday with food, exercise and finding the motivation in my busy day to keep up with it all.

Same here. You can't do it alone. It would be nice to have to encouragment and be able to give it back.

Good for you for talking it out. Good or bad you have to be honest with each other. He can't read your mind. Just stay strong for yourself. You don't want to pass your insecurities on to your kids. Just realize that at the end of the day, you have to love you. We all struggle with insecurities, but the things that really…

Once I am in bed, I have to say, that is it. Sometimes I will walk into the kitchen and open all of the cubbards and look through the fridge…
