RUN. Intervals, hills, sprints, easy runs, long runs all worked for me.

Are you talking about those packets of ketchup you get from McDonald's? 170 calories can not be correct.

Thank you everyone! I'm sure I won't have any issues with eating more.

Strength train!

This is VERY unhealthy!! Please make an appt. with your Dr. and talk to him about this.

Sounds more like strength training to me.

Oh, and I forgot.... It sounds like you are stressed. Too much stress releases cortisol which could be the reason for your cravings. Try to take time everyday to do something that relaxes you

How much water are you drinking? A lot of people mistake hunger for thirst. When I get like this I try to down as much water as I can or do something to distract me, like clean or go for a walk. Hope this helps!

I LOVE your attitude!

You said you've tried additives, but have you tried honey into greek yogurt? It is so good.

I agree! I can't help but smile when I Zumba.

Have you tried tea? It doesn't have as much caffeine as coffee, but that is more healthy than diet pills. I personally think those can mess you up.

Thank you for all of your suggestions! =)

My aunt's house burnt down the day I was born.

Oops, I forgot the holding down the bar by the handle part...you have to keep that down to keep your mower going and just let it up to stop it...I think leighoconnell explained it a little better than I.

It's really not that difficult and it's a good workout if you have a push mower(not a self-propelled one) Make sure there is gas int it, pull the cord and it should start right up(if your mower is older, it may take 3 or 4 pulls before it starts) I don't think it really matters how you cut the grass, you can go in straight…

Congrats! The only suggestion I have would be to start out slow and gradually increase to your race pace so you don't get burned out half way through the race. Good luck!

I do the same thing as msarro. I check to see how many servings are in the package and divide them into that many portions.

I found this website that has the nutritional facts for items you can get at the ballpark. http://www.fitsugar.com/3280402 I don't know if all ballparks carry the same type/size of foods, but I'm pretty sure it can't be too far off. I usually sneak some healthy snacks into my purse that will hold me over till I can eat a…

Hey there! Runnersworld.com has great free training plans and advice for all levels of runners. I started running last year and absolutely love it! I ran a half marathon using one of their training programs. I'm actually training for a 10k in July, just started last week. I also have asthma, and I have used my inhaler only…

I feel your pain! I have been trying to get rid of 10 lbs for almost a year now, and one week I will lose any where from 2-4 lbs and the next week I will have gained it all back! I haven't stepped on the scale for a couple of weeks now because I get so frustrated when I see the scale hasn't dropped or I've gained back the…

Hummus! I love it with my carrots and it's a good source of protein and fiber. Here's a recipe I use; http://www.eatbetteramerica.com/recipes/featured-brands/hummus.aspx It does have 60 calories per 2 tablespoons, so I always measure a serving before I dig in.

When I really want something that I know I'm going to regret eating later, I always try to think about how I would feel after and usually decide it's not worth it, or even just chewing a piece of gum helps with my cravings, on the other hand, weight loss and being healthy is a lifestyle change and you can't go for the rest…
