It wasn't fun, but it was temorary compared to what I was enduring every morning.

I tried everything from insoles, icing, and stretching. I finally had it checked by a podiatrist after my GP's advice was just not helping. It turned out I had a combo of PF and Baxter's Neuritis. I got a steroid shot in the bottom of my foot and bought 2 sets of Pro-Step insoles. I laid off running, long-distance walking,…

The first 10 days you're basically learning the moves and it's hard to keep up. I can now see the reason why they move through it so fast with little instruction, because you're going to catch on quick and won't need it anymore. I was following this guy's blog but he quit after 2 weeks! I'm also not following the meal…

I'm on day 9 with no skipping. I sweat more on this program than anything else I've ever done and have been working out for 3 years!

These are great!

My mom's version of a patty melt- Armor dried beef, swiss cheese, and mayo on sourdough bread cooked panini-style. They are sooooo good yet sooooo bad!

I alternate the work week by doing oatmeal or toast with jelly with a double protein shake. Friday is my reward day with a steak, egg whites, and cheese on english muffin with jalapenos and banana peppers from Subway. Weekends are usually eggs and turkey bacon.

I ran for 40 minutes on the treadmill, finished and went to the restroom to see my sweats were on backwards with 'Adidas" across my butt cheek.

I'm reading the latest Walking Dead TPB now and picked up Pendragon Vol. 1.

My son is 11 and was diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum at 2. It's a rough road sometimes, but I love the person he is. He's all the good parts of my wife and I in one little body.

Steinbeck's Cannery Row, Of Mice and Men, and Tortilla Flat. I got to a certain age and having more and more was not nearly as important as time spent with family and friends.

I've been collecting comics for 30+ years! I have a 12X12 room in my basement that I hat to outfit with heavy-duty shelving to put long boxes floor to ceiling. My current pull list includes New Avengers, Thunderbolts, Kick *kitten* 2, Superior, Captain America, and Dynamite's Lone Ranger. I read Walking Dead, The Boys, and…

"**** for brains" it takes so long to say to get your point across, but it's usually very appropriate.

I wear that same outfit when I work out!

You did a 7.5 minute mile and walked part of it? Were you on a bus?
-
Correct. Your body can only absorb so much protein at one time. Too much and you just pass it.

I heard a good story about the Lonely Island guys filming a skit on a public street involving a carjacking. A guy thought it was real and jumped in to help. The guy? Kiefer Sutherland!
-
I really used to like the "Sully and Denise" skits with Jimmy Fallon and Rachel Dratch. They were so well written and the accents took me right back to the days I lived in Brockton, Mass.
-
I like Bill Hader. He's funny in every skit he's in.
-
I grill a bunch of chicken breasts in a variety of marinades at the beginning of the week, dice them up, and put them in ziploc bags and label them with a sharpie. I guess it's not as simple as most snacks, but the protein benefit is great.
-
Yeah, I would think if you're in a weight loss challenger, flip it and do more cardio and weights occasionally.
-
I have a wide foot and I love the Adidas Liquid for running on paved surfaces. They're light, affordable, and good quality.
-
Definite difference. Keep doing what you're doing!

Get a CityPass. It includes admission to the High Museum of Art, Fernbank, The World of Coca Cola, the Atlanta Zoo, and the Georgia Aquarium with an IMAX movie. You have all week to use it and it pays for itself after 2 or 3 admissions. Eat at Fox Brothers BBQ, The Vortex, or the Marietta Diner. The weather's supposed to…
