Try eating low sugar fruits - bananas count as two fruits in my program.

Swimming is great especially if you arent ready for the gym ( such as myself) I do aquafit it is a great water program and we use float weights for strength resistance training, look to see if your local Y or gym offers it.

Surround yourself by positive people. If you have a bad day - don't sweat it - tomorrow is a new day. If you can catch yourself wanting snack food. Drink tea or water to curb the feeling. You can do it have faith in yourself.

I read the book and found it really good. I'm not sure yet if I will watch the movie.

A tortilla shell (whole wheat) with a banana and peanut butter! A great start to the day. And easy to eat and drive.

Feel free to add me..... I exercise moderately-walking, water aerobics etc.... I am not pushy or judgemental. I have quite a bit left to go on my journey, I log in every day and I only have positive things to post.

If you are eating high sodium foods, drink extra water to help flush it out

I have three small ones ( that can be hidden if necessary ) I would like to get cat paw prints across my foot......

Steel cut oatmeal or 1/2 c Cheerios with a fruit (apple, pear) Then have a mid morning snack....... Will keep you full until lunch

Chickpea salad Add oil, fresh dill, salt, pepper, fresh onion maybe a squeeze of lemon too It takes much better if you refrigerate before eating
