Maybe not for everyone but I find it helps me. Cutting out carbs keeps me from craving sweets. The dairy part maybe not so much. But it's still very good advice.
-
Best advice given so far with the exception of dairy. And confidence is the key.

Actually it isn't as accurate as you think. I have map my run and even that isn't as high as MFP but it's higher than my HRM. On Map my run if it says 500 calories you can bet my HRM says 300 or below.

Neither, but I don't think the Pats should be able to play. They should have to forfeit the title and/or play the game over with the colts. NOT that the Colts showed up to play that game, but cheating should never be rewarded.

yep it's processed just like everything else out there. Do what's best for you and don't worry about what anyone else thinks. That's just my opinion.

Go for a light dinner and if your over no biggie. Try not to stress over it. Just eat and move on to tomorrow. Good luck.
-
That's a hard one, but you'll just have to either eat it or tell them.

I read that too when I first started, but do what you feel you can do. I've just about quit running now but finding the time is not easy since work has begun. I'm currently looking for a treadmill so I can do my runs at home on that.
-
Awesome, then do what you need to do for you. That's how to do things. If it works for you then that's awesome, and when it quits working for you move on to something else.
-
LOL now that's awesome.

Only buy fresh fruits and veggies. Uncooked meats from the butcher shop (or local grocery) pay attention to things packaged, if it has more than 5 ingredients it's more processed than "clean" eating recommends. Use spices to add more flavor. Processed foods adds sugar and sodium and other things to add flavor to their…

burgers as in fast food, you know McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, you get the picture.

For the record I love homemade Gelato and ice cream. I'm saving to purchase a better machine and a HRM, got to even out the calorie count :p

You people ain't right.....js

Not sure why they were flagged so hard on this comment. Fasting does NOT hurt you and DOES have some healthy benefits if done correctly. You fast every night ie not eating from the time you go to sleep until the time you wake up. You don't have to eat breakfast if you choose not to and you CAN eat just one meal a day…

I delete them if they are not active for a couple of weeks. Then there are a few that I'll never delete. Unless they warn me they are going out of town.

It's called Intermediate Fasting. Look it up and join the group on here if you want to try it.

How about worry about you and leave others to worry about their own.

I would not confront him at all. I'd go straight to her and let her know what I saw and tell her you've been worried about telling her but thought about it and you'd want to know if it was happening to you. If you confront him first then he has time to make up a lie. To bad you didn't snap a photo of said interaction for…

I refused to weigh myself before I started. I was scared that if I saw the actual number on the scale I would say to heck with it and not even try. I didn't weigh until my clothes started falling off and then I was still well over 300lbs. Yes I've been at this for 3 years, but truth be told the bulk of my loss was in the…

Can you find something to do? Go out for a walk or something. Even go take a nap if you have to. I've never had a binging problem, so I'm really at a loss as to tell you much more. I just know when hunger(bored) pangs happen I try to do something to get my mind off the craving.

Greek yogurt, fresh pineapple, granola, honey.

My husband takes the same thing and they make him have no energy what so ever. Like he could just lay in bed and sleep all day. Everyone is different.

I know it can be done, never give up on yourself
