I don't think that will happen if you stick to your diet as a lifestyle. If you change back to your old ways you'll change back to your old weight. Diet means Lifestyle and just make it easy. And maybe you're weighing yourself too often, I can change my weight 10 times in a week as it settles.

If your BMR is like 2000 then no. if less, than yes. I think I need to eat less than BMR for effective weight loss. BMR feeds your fat. If you don't feed fat - it burns. It's not quite healthy though, if you wanna be healthy, then you shouldn't go over that

I run with a sports skirt even if it snows, haha. Burns extra calories, actually.

Buy varied packs. I personally buy berry fruit - blackberry, strawberry and etc. I change the taste whenever I want. Add some splenda and vouila.
