  • I'd like to join! I'm 28/F/5'9.5, started at 260, got down to 179, popped back up after my wedding to a current high of 216. Looking to be back in Onederland by my birthday in March, and back down to the 170s by the end of the year.
  • Hi everybody! I started using MFP in April 2014, and by September 2015, I had lost 80 pounds (towards my goal of 90 pounds). Then, I had a crazy year of planning my wedding, getting married, and recently just got back from my honeymoon. All the stress has led me to gain back 25 pounds. I'd like to lose 15 by the end of…
  • Woohoo! Ready for an amazing 100 days. Unfortunately starting the challenge while taking a sick day, so no exercise for me. My goals: 2L of water / green tea Not indulging myself with junk just because I'm sick
  • I'm 5'9, CW 179. I'd be happy anywhere from 159-163.
  • Excited for another 100 Days challenge. I'm going to set the bar high - 10 pounds! This week is a recovery week from a very indulgent holiday season. Today's goals: 1. 2L of water 2. 4K run at lunch 3. Under calories at the end of the day
  • Will be getting measured and placing my deposit on November 7, which is just over 10 months from the day. For my custom dress, they recommended 8 months for production, and then 2 months for alterations. I also don't live in the same city as the boutique I'll be purchasing from, so it's accounting for Saturday-only…
  • I've heard that as well - and I really would have been fine with their ordering a 14 (even though that number pains me!) It's that they were trying to push an 18, and we settled on a 16, and I needed to pay a huge amount to get alterations done. If I had ordered the 14 that I anticipated in the first place, I'd have saved…
  • That's amazing. And bridal sizing is so cruel. I wear a street size 10 right now, and I anticipated need to order a 14 for a MOH dress a few months ago. The stupid sales associate recommended an 18 (!!!!!!!) and I said, no way, order the 16. I had to sign a form saying I was ordering a non-recommended size or some other…
  • That looks amazing! And holy crap - size 8! Congrats on finding your dress!
  • @CountessKitteh Woo! What are your top 5 / who are your top designers? My mom's itching to get started, so I made some first round appointments at the end of the month.
  • @CountessKitteh - How many outfits are you going to use?
  • Hey ladies - doing a 2016 bride check-in. How's everyone doing on their goals? My Kleinfeld appointment is December 5th now (schedule issues), and I'm still 11lbs away from my goal weight (169.8) for the appointment. So close but so far!
  • My wedding is in September 2016, and I've made my Kleinfeld and other boutique appointments for early December. By then I hope to have lost the remaining 15 healthy pounds I need to lose, and can tell them I plan to lose another 10 vanity pounds before the wedding, and let them order a size accordingly.
  • I'm 5'9, and my current goal is to get down to 168.8 (healthy BMI), but then my ultimate goal after that will be 159, which should be between 22-25% body fat.
  • How much of a bargain? If it were just one size, I'd say go for it, but losing two dress sizes is quite daunting, especially since you have to lose it pretty much all over, if it's a form-fitting gown. Wearing a GG cup, I know that I'm not going to be happy with the number on the size of my wedding gown no matter what,…
  • Work is kicking my butt this month, and we're barely even into it! No gym yesterday, and no gym for me today either, as I have meetings that go until late. Today's goals are to stay under my cals, and drink 8 glasses of water before leaving the office.
  • My only "real" goal is to be at a healthy weight (168) for my height (5'9) by my wedding, which is in September 2016. I'm 24.6 lbs away right now, but ideally I'd like to lose a few more vanity pounds in addition. Being sub-160 for the wedding would feel amazing.
  • We're getting married September 17, 2016! So far all we have is our photographer, who we booked last week, due to high demand. He's so talented, I would have absolutely changed our date just to have him shoot the wedding, haha. I made my Kleinfeld appointment for November 14 (might be pushed to November 28 because of…
  • TGIF! Really excited for this weekend. Today's goals: 1. Gym at lunch 2. 8 glasses of water before leaving the office 3. Stick to what I've pre-logged, no snacking!

  • 5lbs in February is exactly my goal! Excited for this. (Edited, bc my weigh-in days are Fridays) SW: 260 CW: 194.8 GW: (for end of the month) 189.8 Weigh in dates: Start of the month(02/01 Sunday): 194.8 02/06 Fri: 02/13 Fri: 02/20 Fri: End of the month (02/27 Friday):
  • Yeah, you can definitely use it on a treadmill! Just no zombie chases or GPS tracking. I've been using it on the treadmill for the past few weeks, since winter running in Canada isn't very pleasant.
  • TGIF is right - this week has just completely wiped me out! My goals are: - 5K run at lunch (done! and with a new best time!) - 8 glasses of water before leaving the office - no snacking after dinner
  • Today is a no-gym day for me, so I'm focusing on: 1. Sticking to my pre-logged meal plan 2. 10 glasses of water 3. Doing today's squats for the 30 Day Squat Challenge
  • I (finally) had a good weigh-in this morning, but I'm not going to enter it until I make sure it wasn't a fluke tomorrow. However, it was motivation to make me reevaluate my meal plan for the day (Friday nights are usually free nights for me), and make me want to definitely hit the gym at lunch. Goals: 1. Stay within…
  • I'm in the same boat right now, rebetha82, where I haven't lost an ounce in about a week, and I can usually count on at least 0.2lbs coming off. It's quite disheartening, because I reached Onederland at 199.6 on December 31st, but since there was such little wiggle room, every time I have a high-salt day, I'm right back in…
  • Fraternal triplets? I'm 26, 5'9, SW 260, CW 199, GW 160ish
  • I'm getting married on September 17, 2016, so I have a good chunk of time, but I'm in my best friend's wedding in September 2015, and I'd like to well on my way to my goal weight by then. Feel free to add me!
  • Maybe I was reading into things too much, but today was the first time I've been to the gym since Dec 30, and it felt really high-stress. It was also very crowded. It made me want to get in and out, so my workout wasn't as great as I feel it could have been - I might try and go at a different time tomorrow, instead of my…
