I ignored a whole box of oatmeal creme pies!! Each one of those delicious snacks are over 300 calories!! My husband sure enjoyed them though!

1 package of tuna, half an avocado, and some red onion mixed together in a whole wheat pita is sooo good! I found the recipe on this site from someone else and it is so good!!! about 300 cal for it

lemon pepper tilapia, small sweet potato with lite butter and sauteed zucinni or steamed brocoli is always a great lunch for me! Its about 300 cal, 13 carbs, 5 fat, 21 protein, 154 sodium, and 3 sugar.I cook it the night before and just reheat takes about 11 min total to cook the night before!

I am in the same boat!! I started at 206 and I can not get past 190!!!! for the last 2 weeks its like I can eat very well and be very active and my body just says nope 190 is where you're staying! Keep up the good work hopefully our bodies will get over this hump!!

My name is Chelsea also and I gained 65 pounds with my son due to preeclamsia so I am still trying to work off my weight and he is two now!

I am on week 3 day 3 and I have lost 3 pounds I love it! Doing it with a friend helps me. I am doing it with my mom and we race to see who can burn more calories and more distance It makes a good competition!
