This is really useful! It’s easy to be hard on myself and I feel like I’m still 10lbs from goal, but I’ve come a long way! 5’6” start 165, today 138!

Be kind to yourself. Track no matter what. Track every BLT “bite/lick/taste” and know that loss comes in waves so you have to stick through plateaus. More specifically, try a bunch of things to find what works for you. I thought there was no way I would ever do intermittent fasting but I tried it anyway and found it to be great! So I stop eating at 8pm and don’t eat until noon. Exercise is extra, weight loss is all about FOOD. Believe me, I am a spin and yoga instructor so I was very active and did not lose weight! Focus on food for the weight loss and get 5-10k steps in and other exercise is bonus and makes you feel good, but don’t focus on that.
