These pictures are truly inspiring. While I was losing the last few pounds and waning in motivation, I looked through this thread for a boost. Keep up the good work everyone. 💛
I have gone up and down in weight over the past 15 years. In high school, I hovered around 150 lbs and then lost 30 lbs. I starved myself and over exercised to lose that weight, and developed an eating disorder. I kept the weight off into college, and then gained about 125 lbs over the course of 1-2 years while struggling with panic disorder and depression. I lost the weight, though a bit quickly, and reached 135 lbs. I developed a problem with binging at the time, was still having panic attacks (used food to cope) and gained almost all of the weight back. About 1 1/2 years ago, I weighed about 220 lbs again. I have improved my health greatly since then, both mentally and physically, and am now 128 lbs.

Thank you!!
I do intermittent fasting. I started with 16:8 and now do about 22:2. I also follow mostly Whole30, past the 30... Although I do make desserts, just without any sweeteners (so paleo without any syrup, sugar, stevia, etc.). This way of eating really killed my sweets cravings. Other than that, diet wise, I track using MFP and eat between 1800-2500 a day depending on activity. My dinners are epic and always include cauliflower rice and/or squash of some kind. I also don't drink at all. I'm in maintenance now.
I do about 10-12 hours a week of running, kettle bell workouts, mountain biking, and hot yoga per week.
It's a lot but it works and has been sustainable for a while now!11 -

This last pregnancy was hard and I quit looking at the scale midway through. I was in the 190’s a few weeks after delivery so I estimate I gained around 50-60lbs.
I was able to get into decent shape the summer before the pregnancy and was doing cardio and weights and eating well. I am now back down to the low 150’s and aiming for 145 and toning up with weights.
You look great and that's a real cute baby!8 -

I eat 1400 unless I workout, and I eat back 1/2 of my exercise calories, and yes, I do sometimes bank calories for special occations like christmas or thanksgiving, or something special on the weekends. Next week Im banking calories for my daughters birthday next sunday3 -
Amazing transformations everyone!
Truly inspiring - and hoping this will kick my butt to lose the last 10lbs or so I've been struggling with the last few months!

Don't have many "Before" pics as I avoided the camera like the devil. I actually probably weighed even more, but had never weighed myself properly until I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and was weighed at the doctors. The "Before" pic from Dec. 2018 was taken about 2 months after the diagnosis and I believe I had already started to lose some weight due to the stress.
Complications from the breast cancer surgery wound landed me in the hospital in January 2019 leading to additional diagnosis of Diabetes Type II and High Blood Pressure and the myriad of medications that come with those conditions. I started MFP sometime after that and completely changed my lifestyle in the hopes of getting off of the medications. My diabetes is now in remission as of June and I am completely off the medications for it, and have managed to reduce my HBP meds drastically since then (hopefully I will come off of those soon too! ...and Cancer is all clear too, yay!)
I've basically been stuck in maintenance mode/weight-loss plateau since June and am particularly struggling with toning my gut Especially after seeing everyone here with their amazing tiny waists! How the heck are you guys doing it?!?!
Keep up the great work and the awesome thread

Still have some trimming up to do, probably another 10-15 pounds to go (I think, but that's not set in stone), but my body is finally starting to pull from my "stubborn" spots, so stoked to finally have it really be noticeable. It's been interesting to have visual vs scale progress, and two do NOT always correlate!
