I have more than met my goal and I am hanging around. I know if I don't and start trying to do it on my own then the weight will come right back plus more. I love MFP. It is the best way I have found to lose weight and be able to eat anything I want. I just have to keep up with the calories. Easiest plan ever for me.

I would like to do this, but I have reached my goal weight and now am only losing .2 a week so don't think I will be any competition. Everyone can beat me. lol I will be cheering you all on to lose, Lose, LOSE!! Go Losers!! And I mean that in the most complimentary way.

I pretty much pre-plan my meals everyday, but not all the meals all at once. When I know where, what time, with whom I will be eating I pre-plan for that meal. I'm pretty good at sticking to that plan. I may have to make a few changes, but they are usually minor and on the good side. I've pretty well learned what I can eat…

Got over 10,000 steps today. I haven't done that in a long time; probably since vacation in August. Feels so good, but after today's challenge I can tell already that I am going to be mighty sore tomorrow. I will continue to work through the soreness as much as possible and more.

I just watched the video and am sure that it is not as easy as she makes it look, but then again she is in excellent shape from doing this for a long time. I promise to try my best to do this circuit tomorrow morning plus other exercises on my own list. Enjoying this group so far; committed to seeing it through.

I finished one set and am so glad no one was watching. The main thing is I did it...once. I also went with a friend to the mall and walked at a fast pace for 30 to 40 minutes which I haven't done in years so I think I'm good for today. Now to check out Day 3 Challenge.

Unfortunately, I just saw this, but I have had 64 oz. of water today which is more than I have had in a day for the last few weeks. I will be checking for our group challenges earlier in the day from now on. I'll catch on to this soon, hopefully before the 50 days are up.

I am on 1200 calories and yes I get so tired of being told I don't eat enough. I know they 'mean well', but give it up. I'm satified and still losing so leave me alone about it. They aren't going to make me eat more with their negativity. When/If I get to that point that I need to eat more to lose then I will. Thank you!

Anyone know what to do ... my Fitbit is not syncing to MFP. This just started yesterday. I have had mine for about 2 months and this is the first time it has done this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have posted on the Fitbit website, but no responses as yet. Thanks.
