mine used to be a Newman's Own frozen pizza but I think after our quick prep dinner last night it's going to be steamer bag tilapia, frozen veggies and rice/quinoa

I make a fresh tomato & basil pizza using Naan as the base, an ounce of lowfat shredded monterey jack cheese and a sliced roma tomato topped with Mrs. Dash tomato & basil seasoning, and garlic powder. I pop it in the toaster oven and dinner is ready!

    Yum! I'm gonna try this!!

GNC Lean 25 in Chocolate Peanut Butter - mixed with water/ice + 1 80 calorie pudding pack .... and easy tasty summer meal replacement you gotta try!

Also, each Sunday I make a huge batch of quinoa mixed with black beans, corn, and spinach. Warm this up in the micro, add some hot sauce -- dinner is served (And it tastes just like chipotle burrito bowls)!!!!!

    I love my slow cooker.

Some boneless skinless chicken breasts, a can of spicy tomatoes, some carrots, celery, onions. Just trow it together in the morning, then boil some whole grain pasta in the evening...delicious :)

A whole wheat tortilla wrap, spread a thin layer of Smart Balance peanut butter, and roll up with a banana. Yummy and fills me up.
