Organic spring mix salad with cherry tomatoes, crab meat, cucumber and lemon juice with a side of cottage cheese. So good and soooo filling. It's my dinner tonight and has been my go to lately as it's been to hot to cook.

Scrambled eggs or hard boiled. A handful of nuts and a slice of good hard cheese. Jerky. Or decide that if I don't have enough energy to cook then I may not need food, I need sleep and go to bed. :)

Eggs of some sort, usually. Or protein pancakes. Or those frozen fish filets or chicken breast with some rice or frozen vegetables.

I have to ask ... what are you using in place of mayo? I am desperately seeking a replacement for mayo to use for tuna, egg, and chicken salads.... especially for my family!!! Thanks!!!
