    I spread it on a toasted multigrain sandwich thin half and slap a fried egg on top. 155 delicious calories!

    Any kind of Kashi brand crackers or the special k multigrain crackers are yummy with them. I also like the " Food should taste good" brand of sweet potato tortilla chips with laughing cow. Yummy:smile:

    I love this stuff and just got some good ideas for what to pair it with. I've only been putting it on Wheat Thins, but you all have definitely opened my eyes to other possibilities.

    Ah, yes this, too! Add in a slice or two of canadian bacon or turkey sausage and you have a "healthier" McMuffin.

    I mix them up with some turkey or chicken and steamed veggies, sprinkle it with a little creole seasoning and pop it in the microwave until its melted. YUM!!

    I steam cauliflower, mash it up and mix in a couple of wedges. Like mashed potatoes. So delicious!

    I like mine on celey or with carrots. My husband eats them wrapped in a basil leaf with a cherry tomato.
