  • Drink water, fill up on veggies, eat every two hours or so small portions. Every little trick helps but sometimes you still find yourself hungry, I know I do, I just try to tough it out and it goes away.:drinker:

  • I think some of it goes by your weight, i.e. If you weigh in at 160 say and you 5'6" and your friend is 250 and 5'3" and you both do exactly the same thing on your bike, because of the size differance your friend would burn more calories, you know takes more energy to move 250 lbs than it does 160.   • I also do cardio first then strength then cardio again...I hit the treadmill for 10 minutes first then do strength then finish with 20 minutes on treadmill... I am not an expert either but one did set up my program for me and I like to think he knows what he is doing...LOL

  • Heck I gained 4 pounds in my sleep, sure hope my scale is busted. Weighed in las night, then first thing this morning and it showed 4 pound gain, I didn't even dream about food...honestly :sad:

  • yes, yesterday someone, can't remember who, posted a list it was, I think cola's and caffinated drinks count as half non-caf teas etc count as actual amount. hope this helps
  • My typical day is three meals two snacks, one am one pm, seems to work for me. I just watch the meal content try to keep the fat content down, drink plenty of fluids and exercise every day, sometimes walking sometimes gym. You will do fine just keep plugging away.:smile:
