I've been on for a couple of weeks. Just now getting around to introducing myself. I'm 54 years old,and going for surgury next week. I wanted to get in better shape for the surgury. Removal of large ovarian cyst. I've enjoyed this program thus far, but I'll really have my work cut out for me after surgury. I've been on every diet and excercise known to mankind, but this time I'm ready for the lifestyle. I'm here to encourage as many as I can, and here if you need me. Thanks , good luck to all
