LOL. I'm 5'3, weigh 152, and am in a 4-6 as well. I've only lost 10lbs since Christmas but 2 sizes. Love that muscle!

I also don't listen to music/books- even when I trail run, I just have to great a need to know what's going on. Are there any parks/trails near you? I live in London and was stunned to discover, when I took up running, just how many green spaces there were for me to run in. (Never had a need to know before!). Happy running…

Unless people have had WLS I find it astounding that people struggle to get in their calories. But if you do, go for a calorie dense food- peanut butter as some suggested, or any nut butters, or perhaps avocado. Not much point in empty (non-nutritious) calories is there?

Heavier weight doesn't have to mean a bigger size. If the weight is due to muscle, dress size will be smaller. I've lost 5lbs since Christmas, but 2 dress sizes.

5'3 and 156lbs. Just stunned myself with skirts in sizes 4/6 in Canada (8/10UK). Even though I am wearing a size 4/6US, my BMI says I am not just overweight, I am closer to being obese than a healthy weight :noway:

I have always thought running was stupid. However, I needed to burn more calories so I took it up in November. I count all liquids. Which for me is about 10 cups of water, 3 cups of skim milk, and 1 cup coffee.

I add 1T of chocolate protein power, 1t almonds, and 1t chocolate chips or a crumbled chocolate oat cake. SO YUM!
