    I keep admiring your arms...gives me hope!!
    It's officially happened, I made my goal! In January of 2012 I was at 214 pounds and 37% BMI. As of today I am officially at 19% BMI and as I understand it, in the Athlete range. :happy:

    I took the picture of my back this morning and for the first time am seeing what it looks like with no shirt on. I have little muscle wings that I don't even know the name of but I could just fly with them. :heart:

    BMI of 19 or 19% bodyfat? It's two different things - only bf is a percentage.

    You look so radiant and happy. It's so tough to make these changes and stick with it. You are a hero now, don't ever EVER forget it.
