Hello! I started on Jan 3. Down 6 pounds. Not snacking, not hungry, not missing sugar...so weird. Hopefully your symptoms will go away soon. I didn't really have any side effects. I will send a friend request, if ya like?!

Good for you for wanting to try something new. I, for one, know I didn't get here by eating too many bananas! There are worse things to eat! haha! I am doing Whole30 right now and I am actually loving it. Who knew I could go without sugar in my coffee! I could not give up meat though...just me.

I am a poster girl for the fact that you can't out exercises a poor diet. I exercise a lot but my diet is not as clean as it should be and I am definitely not losing weight, maintaining, yes, losing, no. It is 100% what you eat. Wish it was different but alas...

I would say the salad looks fine. May want to try a low fat version, if it bothers you. Says there was 18 grams of fat in that. Just a thought. Oh...and eat breakfast too! And please eat more than 2 eggs for dinner! You need to eat, sweetie!

Myself, my husband and two kids always eat at the dinner table. My kids are 17 and 19 now and it is a good time to catch up and find out how everyone's day was. We have been doing this since they were born plus, for me, as a kid, we ate at the table. I also find that when we do eat in front of the TV, I do not pay…
