    What a great accomplishment! I know how hard it is! In February, I weighed 270 pounds. Today, I weigh 207. I still have another 20-25 pounds to lose to hit my goal of about 185. I know what you have gone through and it's nothing short of amazing. It's a lot of sweat and tears, maybe a little blood(I fell off my bike doing ten miles in the rain). Keep going! We'll both get there!
