Do we have a list of weight in days? I had originally put Monday but said Friday was ok too because many people were weighing in Friday’s too. I’m just not sure when I should be weighing in 😊

If you are logging exercise it's going to change. It adds your calories burned exercising back into what you have left to eat :) Hope this helps :)

And make sure you are eating back your exercise calories burned. I wasn't and saw big changes when I started eating those back...as well as drinking 1/2 your weight in water ounces. This helps tremendously.

I agree...you are probably gaining muscle weight and losing fat. I just started the Herbalife plan 2 1/2 weeks ago and although I am down 9 lbs I have felt my cloths starting to be very lose. I agree...don't beat yourself up over it. You have to see how far you have come and be proud of that :) We are all here to support you! We all fall off the wagon when it comes to eating healthy...just learn from it and hop back on!

Just got off my treadmill as well! Did 2.56 miles and burned 423 cals! I do this daily and love it! It's really helping my 'trouble spots' which are my legs and bootie :)

For June I would like to lose 8 lbs. I'm starting a weight loss challenge on the 13th...so i'll definitely be working my butt off. $ to win??? Heck yeah I want to win the challenge AND lose the weight! It's a win/win situation!

wow you just inspired me!!!! I have 40 lbs I want to lose...11 of it gone now...but if you can work so hard to lose the amount that you lost...I can work as hard to lose 1/2 of that. I try and get on the treadmill for 45 minutes a day. Unfortunately its in my living room and my bf , his daughter and her friend are here today and i don't like working out infront of people. If you had said muscle weighs more than fat I could agree. The same volume of muscle vs. same volume of fat...yes muscle will weigh more. Muscle has less volume than fat when comparing weight.
