Poor thing! That is awful. Unfortunately Campbells puts gluten in most of their soups. If you can get some digestive enzymes (source naturals IS gluten free) they will really help your system break everything down. Many hugs for you. x

Yes! I'm out the door by 4 am to get to the gym by 5. I go in a but later on the weekends. You wouldn't believe how busy my gym is at that time :)

Well done...you look great! I took no pictures at the beginning and wish I had. I'd noticed my hands/wrists were getting smaller and none of my rings fit the finger purchased for. My Mum keeps mentioning my slimmer hands :)
